The hunt is on, and you’re the prey. The wraith is faster than you, never tires, and knows where you are. You can’t escape it; the best you can hope for is to evade it for as long as possible.

Hints

• It gains quickly from a distance but barely at all on your shoulder. That last stretch is where the time is, so keep moving.
• It can take a wrong turn at a junction. Stick to paths with plenty of them, and stay out of dead ends.
• Stepping off the path won’t lose it: it crosses grass and hedges to reach you.
• Pace yourself for all three lives, not just the first.

The wraith catches you	1 point for every second that life lasted
You lose your third life	The game ends, and your score is the total
